Install in three steps
Start with the queue you already know.
There is no account setup and no separate ticket workspace. Load the unpacked extension once, then return to NinjaOne and keep working as usual.

Load the extension
Open chrome://extensions in Chrome or another Chromium browser, turn on Developer mode, and choose Load unpacked. Select the extension/ folder from the download.

Pin NinjaOne Tracker
Open the puzzle menu in your browser toolbar and pin NinjaOne Tracker Pro so the popup stays within one click of your queue.

Open your NinjaOne queue
Navigate to app.ninjaone.com or a supported legacy ninjarmm.com tenant. The overlay appears on the ticket queue and begins tracking visible rows automatically.
What you see in the queue
Signal where the work is slowing down.
The overlay stays close to the ticket list, so operators can read the queue at a glance instead of reconstructing timing from separate reports.
Live status time
Each visible ticket gets an mm:ss counter that keeps pace with the status you are actively triaging.

Local by design
Ticket content stays in the browser. The extension reads the NinjaOne page you have open and does not make NinjaOne API calls.

Which NinjaOne pages are supported?
The extension is scoped to app.ninjaone.com and supported legacy *.ninjarmm.com tenants. Pages outside those hosts are left untouched.
Does ticket data leave my browser?
No. NinjaOne Tracker reads the queue that is already rendered in your browser and does not call the NinjaOne API or send ticket contents to a remote service.
How does the Pro upgrade work?
Choose the upgrade path below, finish hosted checkout, then activate the paid seat from the extension popup. The next queue load unlocks the Pro overlay.
